Luxary provides private villa market intelligence using public listing data, market benchmarks, and deal scoring. The app is designed to work without accounts, profile creation, subscriptions, or payment information.

Information We Process

Luxary does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, financial information, or precise location. The iOS app stores saved listings locally on your device using Apple UserDefaults.

When the app or website contacts Luxary servers, standard server logs may include technical information such as IP address, device/browser type, request path, response status, and timestamp. Manual radar refreshes may use a limited cookie or similar server-side mechanism to prevent API abuse.

How We Use Information

We use technical request information to operate the service, protect the API from abuse, diagnose reliability issues, and improve performance. Saved listings on iOS remain on your device unless a future account feature clearly asks for your permission to sync them.

AI and Public Web Data

Luxary may use AI-assisted research to discover public real estate listings, summarize listing evidence, and compare asking prices against market benchmarks. This research is based on public web sources and does not require personal data from you.

Tracking and Advertising

Luxary does not use third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or tracking permissions in the iOS app.

Accounts and Data Deletion

Luxary does not offer account creation in this release, so there is no account profile to delete. Saved listings, review prompt counters, and other app preferences are stored locally on your device. You can delete this local app data by deleting the Luxary app from your device.

If you contact support by email, you can ask us to delete that support conversation and any related contact information we have received from you. Luxary cannot delete public real estate listing information that is hosted by third-party listing websites.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Hosting, infrastructure, and AI providers may process technical requests only as needed to provide the service.
